ADF YOU Session Scoring

How you score on the Job Opportunities Assessment (JOA) of the YOU Session determines which military occupations you qualify for.

After you complete the job opportunities assessment, a Career Coach will contact you to arrange a time for a discussion about your career options. What career options that become available to you will depend on your score on the JOA. 

The required scores for each occupation have not been made public.

While up to 3 rewrites of the JOA are possible, you will be required to wait at least 6 months before you can take the test again.
