How long is the access to the preparation software valid?

Access is valid for 6 months.

Is the price really only $14.95?

Yes, this is a one-time payment only and nothing will be added to this price.

Is anything shipped to my home address?

No, login details will be sent to your e-mail address. Access to the software is internet based.

Can my friend use my software login?

No, your login is personal and can only be used by one person. More information: Terms & Conditions.

May I share the printed tests with others?

No, like your login, the printed tests are strictly personal and may not be shared in any way. More information: Terms & Conditions.

Can I change my password?

Yes, log in to the software, click “Settings” and “Change password”.

Can I access the tests without internet access?

The software cannot be accessed without an internet connection. However, you may print out test questions in order to prepare offline.

I have lost my password, what do I do?

Open the software, and at the login screen click “Lost password?”.

Technical Problems

I have not received the e-mail with login information, what do I do?

First please check your spam filter. The server may be delayed at times, so please allow 20 minutes to receive the e-mail before contacting support.

I am unable to start the software, what should I do?

Please make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. Download it for free here.

I am unable to see the entirety of the software window, what can I do?

First please make sure that the software is running in full-screen mode. Full-screen mode is activated by clicking the “Full-Screen” button on the right side menu after logging in. Full-screen can be exited at any time you want by hitting “Esc” on your keyboard, or by clicking the “Full-Screen” button again. If you are still unable to view the entirety of the software, you may be using a screen resolution that is too low – our minimum screen resolution is a width of 900px and a height of 700px.
