    e-mail before contacting support.

Q: I am unable to start the software, what should I do?
A: Please make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. Download it for free here.

Q: I am unable to see the entirety of the software window, what can I do?
A: First please make sure that the software is running in full-screen mode. Full-screen mode is activated by clicking the "Full-Screen" button on the right side menu after logging in. Full-screen can be exited at any time you want by hitting "Esc" on your keyboard, or by clicking the "Full-Screen" button again. If you are still unable to view the entirety of the software, you may be using a screen resolution that is too low - our minimum screen resolution is a width of 900px and a height of 700px.
